Le Heux, Jan Willem Nicolaas (1880-1952)
Jan Willem Nicolaas Le Heux was a professor of the Military Academy at Breda, Netherlands, and for many years a deacon of the Mennonite congregation of Breda. Under the pseudonym of David Tomkins he published a number of sketches and poems in various Dutch Mennonite periodicals. The drawing of the Old Menno Simons meeting house at Witmarsum, Friesland, found on the cover of the Doopsgezind Jaarboekje was made by Le Heux in 1931.
