P.O. Box 224, Duchess, AB, T0J 0Z0. (403) 378-4413. Located on the main road in town, along Rail Road Ave. Bishop Herbert Torkelson and Deacon Jonathan Siemens served in 2000 as non-salaried congregational leaders. In 1965 there were 28 members; in 1975, 58; in 1985, 62; in 1995, 39; in 2000, 50. The congregation has been affiliated with the Nationwide Fellowship Churches. The language of worship is English.

The congregation began services in 1963. The congregation originated through division from Duchess Mennonite Church. The group was formerly part of Upper Fraser Mennonite Fellowship.
