Community Christian Fellowship (Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada)
The Community Christian Fellowship in Fort McMurray, Alberta began as a project of Mennonite Brethren Missions of Alberta (part the Alberta Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches) in 1974. In 1978 the congregation was officially chartered as the Community Christian Fellowship with 12 charter members. The congregation met in family homes and rented facilities, such as the Seventh Day Adventist Church. The congregation struggled after the Geddert family relinquished leadership in 1982–1983. In 1989 the congregation disbanded.
