River West Christian Fellowship (Edmonton, Alberta, Canada)
The River West Christian congregation in Edmonton, AB began services in 1987, and formally organized in 1988. Waldo Pauls is considered the founding leader of the group. The congregation originated through outreach by Lendrum Mennonite Brethren Church.
The congregation was first known as the West Edmonton Mennonite Brethren Church; it changed its name to River West Christian Church in 1997. The congregation moved to its new building in 2004.
