Tiettye Douwes (d. 1549)

Tiettye Douwes, an Anabaptist martyr, beheaded on 7 December 1549 at Leeuwarden in Friesland, Netherlands, with Laurens Tiettys, who may have been his son. Tiettye had been (re)baptized before the end of March 1535. Further particulars are lacking.
