Springdale Mennonite Church, Waynesboro, VA Source: Church website Church website

Springdale Mennonite Church (MC), also known as Kindig's Church, located at Waynesboro, Virgina, a member of the Virginia Conference, built its first meetinghouse in 1825, replaced by a larger church in 1941, which seats 450. Mountain View Mennonite Church, built in 1900, and Valley Vieware congregations started as mission points from Springdale. East Bethel Mennonite Mission, begun in 1952, is a growing mission point. The membership of Springdale in 1957 was 217, with Paul L. Wenger as pastor.
