Shiloh Mennonite Church was founded in January 1996 in Due West, South Carolina with 10 families and 24 members. The church was an unaffiliated congregation before it became a charter member of the Biblical Mennonite Alliance in February 1999.

In 2012 the leading minister was Jerry M. Stoltzfus and the associate minister was Elvin Martin. The congregational membership was 78 and the average weekly attendance was 130.
