Shekinah Mennonite Fellowship was founded in 1997 in Croghan, New York. The church joined the Biblical Mennonite Alliance in August 2001.

In 2012 the leading minister was Darrell Roggie and the associate pastor was Sandy Lyndaker. The congregational membership was 43 and the average weekly attendance was 55.
