Oak Hill Mennonite Church was founded in 1970 in Cumberland, Virginia. The church was an unaffiliated congregation before it joined the Biblical Mennonite Alliance in August 2000.

In 2012 the leading minister was John Eicher. The congregational membership was 49 and the average weekly attendance was 55.
