Lamb of God Mennonite Church was founded in 2000 in Butler, Indiana. The church joined the Biblical Mennonite Alliance in August 2000.

In 2012 the leading minister was Denny Eicher and the associate pastor was Rick Schwartz. The congregational membership was 50 and the average weekly attendance was 85.
