Cornerstone Mennonite Fellowship was founded in 1998 in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. It joined the Biblical Mennonite Alliance in August 2005.

In 2012 the leading minister was E. Clair Martin and the associate pastors were Nelson D. Gehman and Crit Lapp. The congregational membership was 190 and the average weekly attendance was 225.
