Pieter Colijn (Colyn) was a burgomaster of Amsterdam who protected the Anabaptists about 1535 and is said to have belonged to them, which is, however, an error; he likely was a Sacramentist. He was killed by an Anabaptist uprising in May 1535, despite his earlier friendly attitude to them.
