The Salem Evangelical Missionary Church on Manitoulin Island, ON began before 1900. In 1900 there were 40 members; in 1925, 29; in 1950, 51; in 1975, 23; in 1985, 18; in 1995, 15; in 2000, 12. The congregation has been affiliated with the Mennonite Brethren in Christ (1883-1947), United Missionary Church(1947-69), Missionary Church (1969-93), and Evangelical Missionary Church of Canada, Canada East District (1993-    ). The language of worship is English. Pastor Richard Williams served in 2000 as a congregational leader.

The congregation's address is Spring Bay, ON, P0P 2B0. The church is located on Hwy. 542, 2 km east of Spring Bay, on Manitoulin Island.
