Box 937, Rosthern, SK, S0K 3R0. (306) 232-5292. Congregational chairperson Hank Dyck served in 1996 as a congregational leader. In 1985 there were 30 members; in 1995, 36; in 2000, 36. The congregation has been affiliated with Mennonite Church Saskatchewan and Mennonite Church Canada (1985-). The language of worship is English.

The congregation began services in the 1980s, and formally organized in 1984. The congregation originated through division from Rosthern Mennonite Church.
