2600 Richmond Rd. SW, Calgary, AB, T3E 4M3. Located in the Glencarry community at First Mennonite Church. The group was never a formal congregation. The language of worship was Laotian.

The group began services about 1979. Lloyd Oppel is considered the founding leader of the group. The congregation originated through outreach by First Mennonite Church.

Membership in 1988 was about 12. The group formed from 15 Laotian refugee families sponsored by First Mennonite Church. First Mennonite provided leadership.
