First Missionary Church (formerly Niles United Missionary Church), located at 2325 US 12 East, Niles Michigan, is a member of the Indiana Conference of Missionary Church USA. The meetinghouse was built in 1951. Early ministers were Joseph Kimbel in 1951, Russel Miller 1951-1953, Delmer Horn 1953-1955, and Lloyd Murphy. The membership in 1956 was 20.
