The Mosaic International Fellowship in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, was a church plant in 2010 under the leadership of Jon and Loice Byler. It began when the manager of the Dial Apartment Complex asked the West End Mennonite Fellowship for pastoral support for the low-income, physically-challenged tenants in the complex. Most attendees are elderly and/or in wheelchairs. Worship is informal.

The average attendance in 2016 was eight.
