Love Truth Chinese Mennonite Church (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA)
The Love Truth Chinese Mennonite Church (LTCMC) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, started as a church plant by Ted Yao in 1987. The Eastern Mennonite Board of Missions of the Lancaster Mennonite Conference called Lemuel So, a seminary graduate from Hong Kong, to serve as pastor. He inherited a congregation of 10 people located in a high-risk neighborhood. In 1991, the congregation purchased a building located in the Olney section of North Philadelphia> It held its first service on 1 January 1992. The basement served as the meeting room, and the upper floors contained offices and classrooms.
Although a website for the Love Truth Chinese Mennonite Church still existed in 2025, the status of the congregation is uncertain. In 2022, it was no longer listed as a member of LMC: a Fellowship of Anabaptist Churches.
