The Delaware County Fellowship in Folcroft, Pennsylvania, began about 2002 under the leadership of David T. Cosden. The Fellowship was linked to Teaching Truth Ministries, a Christian Internet radio program that began before 1990 under Cosden.

The ministry began to relate to the Lancaster Mennonite Conference around 2000.
