The Cincinnati Mennonite Fellowship in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA began in 1974 as an outgrowth of a Mennonite Central Committee Voluntary Service unit in the area. Mark and Susan Weidner provided the early leadership.

Initially, the congregation met on a biweekly basis; in 1975, a group of about 20 began to meet weekly. It met for many years in a Lutheran Church on Ravine Street and then in a United Methodist Church on East McMillan Street. In 1997 it moved to its own building at the present location.

The Fellowship was sponsored by both the Central District of the General Conference Mennonite Church and the Ohio and Eastern Mennonite Conference of the Mennonite Church (MC). It became a member of both conferences in 1976. In January 2012, it withdrew from the Ohio Conference.

In February 1992, the congregation began to sponsor a biennial Mennonite Arts Weekend that continued in 2022.

In 2022 the congregation was part of the Central District Conference of Mennonite Church USA.
