Two Hills Mennonite Church was planted by the Chortitzer Mennonite Conference (now Chrisitan Mennonite Conference) Board of Missions in spring 2008 in the town of Two Hills, Alberta. In 2010 services were held in English and German. At that time the church was led by Pastor Dave and Sharon Dyck.

In 2024 the congregation was no longer listed on the Christian Mennonite Conferenc website.
