Burning Bush Forest Church (Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, Canada)
Burning Bush Forest Church began in March 2016 in the Kitchener-Waterloo area of Ontario, Canada. It is a small, experimental worshiping group of persons who long for connection with the Divine spirit in the natural world. Congregants experience silence, and beauty, and contemplation.
Burning Bush Forest Church has been a partner with the Wild Church Network, Forest Church movement, and St. Jacobs Mennonite Church.
The group has met monthly in public spaces in and around the Region of Waterloo.
Wendy Janzen was the founder and leader of the group; she continued in leadership in 2021.
