The Southhaven Amish Mennonite Church was located on County Road 43 near Millersburg, Indiana, USA. It was established in 1962 as a daughter congregation of the Fair Haven Amish Mennonite Church.

It was a congregation that in the 1980s used the German language in the worship services, and alternated Sunday school and worship services on Sundays.

Due to declining membership in the 1990s, the church closed about 2003. It had been part of what became called the Midwest Beachy Amish Mennonite Church.

In 1996 H. Mark Miller was the deacon, and the congregational membership was 22.
