The Smoky Hills Mennonite Church, located on the east side of Windom, Kansas, USA, was established in about 2009. The congregation was a daughter congregation of the Zion Church of God in Christ, Mennonite near Inman. About 45 members and a minister from Zion became part of the new church.

In 2020 the congregation participated in the Plainview Christian School operated by the Zion congregation.

In 2020 the congregation was part of the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite. The minister was Dallas Nikkel.
