The Waslala Christian Brotherhood in Waslala, Matagalpa, Nicaragua was established in 1995. The congregation started when Christian Aid Ministries opened the Balm of Gilead Clinic in Waslala in February 1997.

In 2017 the church was a member of the Beachy Amish Mennonite Fellowship and had a membership of 40. The bishops were Pablo Yoder and Tim Schrock.
