The Living Water Mennonite Church in Provo, Utah, USA was established in 2012. The congregation started as a church plant by several families who moved to the Provo area in 2012.

In 2017 the church was a member of the Beachy Amish Mennonite Fellowship and had a membership of 7. The ministers were Luke Miller and Titus Overholt.
