The Bethesda Fellowship in Plain City, Ohio, USA was established in 1960. It was originally known as the Bethesda Amish Mennonite Fellowship.

Old Order Amish in the Plain City, Ohio, area who were influenced by the Amish mission movement of the 1950s established this congregation.

In 2017 the church was a member of the Beachy Amish Mennonite Fellowship and had a membership of 83. The bishop was Elmer Stoltzfus, and the ministers were John L. Gingerich and Ray Stutzman. The origins of the congregation were from the Old Order Amish.
