The Faith Mission Fellowship in in Free Union, Virginia, USA was established in 1976. The congregation started as a congregation located on the same site as the Faith Mission Home, a residential training facility for mentally handicapped children and adults. A mission was first established by the Oak Grove congregation of Aroda, Virginia, known as the Mission Home Christian Fellowship. This group relocated to Gap Mills, West Virginia and became part of the Mennonite Christian Fellowship. The Faith Mission Fellowship was then begun by the staff and voluntary service workers at the Faith Mission Home.

In 2019 the church was a member of the Beachy Amish Mennonite Fellowship and had a membership of 86. The bishop was Ivan R. Beachy, and the ministers were Jonathan Martin and Nathan Yoder.
