North Vine Mennonite Church, first known as the Quinn Chapel, was founded in 1957 nine miles southeast of Arthur, Illinois, USA. A group of members who withdrew from the Arthur Mennonite Church purchased the former Methodist building in 1954 and used it for Sunday school, summer Bible school and similar activities. The group applied to the Conservative Mennonite Conference in 1955 and were accepted. The following year Henry Plank began his long service to the congregation.

The church changed its name in the late 1980s when it moved to its present location.

The church was a member of the Conservative Mennonite Conference until it withdrew and joined the Biblical Mennonite Alliance in August 2008.

In 2015 the leading minister was Brian Petersheim. The congregational membership was 85 and the average weekly attendance was 100.
