Hans Borduerwercker (d. 1555)
Hans Borduerwercker (official name Hans Verhoeven), an Anabaptist martyr, who was burned at the stake at Antwerp, Belgium, on 27 August 1555. His name is found in the song, "Aenhoort Godt, hemelsche Vader" (Hear, O God, heavenly Father) of the Liedtboecxken van den Offer des Heeren, No. 16.
