Calvary Bible Fellowship is located in Mount Perry, Ohio, USA. The church originated in 1970 when Old Order Amish from Geauga County, Ohio settled in the area to form a New Order Amish church. Within five years internal division over issues like language usage and automobiles led to the formation of this congregation.

In 2018 the church had 52 members and was a member of the Mennonite Christian Fellowship. The ministerial team included Bishop Enos Byler, Minister Dwight Troyer, and Deacon David Troyer.
