The Christian Mission Fellowship in Berne, Indiana, USA was established in 1975. The congregation started as an outreach of the Hebron Christian Fellowship.

In 2017 the church was a member of the Beachy Amish Mennonite Fellowship and had a membership of 24. The bishop was Maynard Nisly.
