The Shekinah Christian Fellowship in Middleburg, Pennsylvania, USA was established in 1991. The congregation started as new district of the Shady Grove Christian Fellowship.

In 2017 the church was a member of the Beachy Amish Mennonite Fellowship and had a membership of 105. The bishops were Dave Beiler and Ray Byers, and the minister was Ivan Stoltzfus.
