North Vine Mennonite Church was founded in 1957 in Arthur, Illinois, USA. The church had been a member of the Conservative Mennonite Conference before it joined the Biblical Mennonite Alliance in August 2008.

In 2015 the leading minister was Brian Petersheim. The congregational membership was 85 and the average weekly attendance was 100.
