Lebanon Community Hospital (now known as Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital), built by the community in 1948 (1922), was initially administered by the Mennonite Board of Missions and Charities (Mennonite Church) since its construction. In 2003 it was a 49-bed acute care facility serving communities in the east Linn County of Oregon.
