Juniata Christian Church was founded in 2005 in Port Royal, Pennsylvania. The church joined the Biblical Mennonite Alliance in August 2007.

In 2015 the leading minister was Dave Glick and the associate pastor was Galen King. The congregational membership was 55 and the average weekly attendance was 75. In 2016 the group met on the upper floor of the Turbett Grange Hall.
