Crossroads Mennonite Brethren Church (Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada)
The Crossroads Mennonite Brethren congregation in Winnipeg, Manitoba, began services in 1987, and formally organized in 1988. Albert and Dianne Friesen are considered the founding leaders of the group. The congregation originated through outreach by Fort Garry Mennonite Brethren Church. Until 1999 when the congregation moved into the St. Boniface Evangelical Christian Church meetinghouse, it was known as the St. Vital Mennonite Brethren Church.
