Birch Bay Bible Community Church (formerly Blaine Mennonite Brethren Church from 1944 to 1954, Whitehorn Mennonite Brethren Church from 1954 to 1966, and Birch Bay Mennonite Brethren Church), of Blaine, Whatcom County, Washington, is located within eight miles (13 km) of the Canadian border, a mile from the Pacific. It is a member of the Pacific District Conference. It was organized in 1937 with 23 members and grew to 182 by 1953. A new building completed in 1949 replaced the original assembly hall. A multi-purpose structure was completed in 1982.
