The Plains Conservative Mennonite congregation near Osler, Saskatchewan began services in 1981. Larry Baer, Dave Plett, and Lorne Troyer are considered the founding leaders of the group. The congregation originated through outreach by individuals.

The congregation has been affiliated with the Nationwide Fellowship Churches since 1981. The language of worship is English.

In 2014 the ministerial team included Minister Jonathan B. Martin and Deacon George Friesen.
