Vere(e)niging tot ondersteuning van Doopsgezinde We(e)zen van onvermogende gemeenten (Dutch Association for the Relief of Mennonite Orphans of Impecunious congregations) was at first a subdivision of the Haarlemsche Vereeniging (see Vereeniging van Doopsgezinde Gemeenten), founded in 1860. Since 1923 the association, to which most Dutch congregations contribute, has acted as an independent body.
