Verburg, Jan Dionys (d. 1692)
Jan Dionys Verburg, died 21 October 1692, at Rotterdam, Holland, where he was a member of the Waterlander Mennonite congregation. He was, however, more interested in the Collegiant movement than in his church, being one of the founders of their "college" in his hometown. In the Collegiant movement he played an influential part. He obviously was a man of broad views, who sometimes even preached for the Remonstrant congregation of Rotterdam.
