Meadville Mennonite Chapel is located in Meadville, Pennsylvania. The church was organized in 2006.

In 2014 the church was an independent Mennonite congregation with 35 members. The ministerial team included Bishop Melvin Lehman, Minister Amos Stoltzfus, and Deacon Ryan Zook.
