Lighthouse Mennonite Church is located in Monticello, Georgia. The Hephzibah Mennonite Church in Hephzibah, Georgia had an interest in the Jackson, Georgia area and began holding services there in November 1993. At first they met in private homes one Sunday morning a month, then twice, and then in two different community centers. The church was organized in 1997.

In 2014 the church had 36 members. The ministerial team included Bishop Wendell Heatwole, Minister Allen Schrock, and Deacon Elvin

Eshleman.
