Fairview Conservative Mennonite Church is located in Mio, Michigan, USA. The church was organized in 1977 when Conservative Mennonite Fellowship in Fairview, Michigan underwent a division, with a portion of the congregation following pastor Floyd Yoder.

In 2014 the church had 46 members and was a member of the Nationwide Fellowship Churches. The ministerial team included Ministers Harry Gerber and Wayne Gerber and Deacon Barry Troyer.
