Northwoods Mennonite Church is located in Hayward, Wisconsin, USA. The church originated in 1960.

In 2014 the church had 65 members and was a member of the Midwest Mennonite Fellowship. The congregational leader was Bishop Todd Miller, Ministers Daniel Schrock and Eric Schrock, and Deacon Clair Martin.
