Kansas Volksblatt, Das (Periodical)
Das Kansas Volksblatt, was first published by W. J. Krehbiel and David Goerz about 1897. In April 1899, the Newton Kansan Company bought the Kansas Volhsblatt from W. J. Krehbiel, and D. R. Krehbiel became its editor. It was then sold to the Western Book and Publishing Company in April 1901; in the following year it was combined with the Hillsboro Post and called <em>Post und Volkblatt</em>.
