Western District Tidings
Western District Tidings was a quarterly 8.5 x 12 in. periodical varying from 4 to 8 pages, published by the Western District Christian Endeavor Convention (General Conference Mennonite Church) to provide a medium of exchange for ideas of local Christian Education Societies, to promote the projects of the Western District Christian Endeavor Convention, particularly the various retreats for young people, and to provide the young people with inspirational reading material. It was begun in 1939 under the editorship of William Juhnke who was succeeded toward the end of 1944 by Rosella Reimer (Mrs. Harold Duerksen). It discontinued publication after the June 1946 issue.
