Roelantsz, Jan (17th century)
Jan Roelantsz, a Dutch Mennonite, living at Haarlem about 1600, who was a partisan of Jacob Pietersz van der Meulen of the Flemish and who in 1605 negotiated with Hans de Ries and the Waterlanders to bring about a merger of the Haarlem Flemish congregation with the Waterlanders, which, however, failed. Roelantsz probably was a deacon of the Haarlem Flemish congregation.
