Reporter for Conscience' Sake is a monthly paper (quarterly beginning in 1996) published since July 1942 by National Service Board for Religious Objectors, Washington, District of Columbia. The Reporter contains news about conscientious objection to war, including laws and regulations, conscientious objector (C.O.) court cases, alternate service programs, COs in jail and in the armed forces, and other general information about conscientious objectors and their problems. It was a four-page paper, 8.5 x 11 in., with an average circulation of 5,000 copies monthly. Frequency of publication and number of pages varied in later years.
