Guanacastillo Mennonite Fellowship is located in Masay, Nicaragua. The church originated in 1995.

In 2014 the church had 25 members and was a member of the Mennonite Christian Fellowship. The ministerial team included Bishop Jacob William Byler and Ministers Marcus Sommers and Calvin Yoder.
